small ‘A1’ size Amazon style rigid cardboard envelopes. These are equivalent to size ‘D/JL1’ in the bubble envelope range. The size of each envelope is 235mm x 180mm – they are 100% rigid and recyclable with peel & seel strips for easy application, and are 400gsm in thickness. These capacity envelopes are made from fluted corrugated board, and have up to 40mm capacity / depth when expanded at the bottom (meaning that both flat items or items up to 40mm deep can be sent in these capacity mailers). They also contain an easy-open tear strip for your customer, to be used once they receive the item. Perfect for sending CD’s and alike in the post.
