‘A2’ size Amazon style rigid cardboard envelopes. The size of each envelope is 334mm x 234mm – they are 100% rigid and recyclable with peel & seel strips for easy application, and are 400gsm in thickness. These capacity envelopes are made from fluted corrugated board, and have up to 40mm capacity / depth when expanded at the bottom (meaning that both flat items or items up to 40mm deep can be sent in these capacity mailers). They also contain an easy-open tear strip for your customer, to be used once they receive the item. Perfect for sending A4 size books, or sets of two DVD’s in the post, as well as many other products.

The A2 kraft envelope is proven to be the most operationally cost-effective method of mailing a set of two DVD’s through the Royal Mail Large Letter Size Tariff. Also heavily used for childrens books, A4 size books and alike. Further benefits as below:
